    I could not watch this video more than 20 sec , as i found the speaker him self is reading a script so how he can impress in any motivational video...... take my wise advise first you get a good coach, then give coaching to others.....

    6:10: The employee here shows to me a ring of almost "crocodile tears" but if his feelings about his skills and job pride are going to predominate his inner attitude, again my suggestion above might unfortunately be appropriate in a more serious DESC for the Manager to consider. As this goes on, let us see how this one turns out...
