Hey mate!
I'm looking for ideas to custom my VN900 also. :) Can you please write down the names oif the parts you used?
Hi! I got everything at Delta custom bikes, it was a whole conversion kit
Verdammt nice..
Was hat das Kit gekostet und woher hast du es? Überlege auch so ein Umbau zu machen.

parts from delta custom bikes.de
If you do it yourself, you definitely save a lot of money...
Any chance you can tell us where you bought the rear wheel modification parts etc
Kompliment, sehr schöner Umbau, gefällt mir sehr gut. Was sagt der "Verein" und die Streckenposten zu der Vance & Hines?
Thanks!I'm sorry, my german is really bad...What do you need to know about the Vance & Hines?
Hi! Sorry for replying in German. Seemed to me you lived in Germany speaking German ... Great modification! I really like it. Compliments! No problems running the Vance & Hines system as to regulations in Italy (decibel)? Over here there's no official permit for these systems (M.O.T / police).
Ehheeh no problem at all...I'm actually trying to learn German because I live in Germany...I went just today at tüv and it failed it because too loud...I'll have to put the OEM ones and then I'll change them again...it's risky, I know, but they're really nice!
"Thanks for answering. Yes, regulations for volume levels (decibel) of exhaust systems are very very strict, unfortunately. You have to watch police controls as they can put your bike out of service there 'n' then. No discussions accepted...
Where did you buy your Vance & Hines system?
There's the original system on my bike with an adjustable valve. When the bike's due for TÜV I can easily adjust the system to the mandatory volume level and get the test certificate ;-)
Yeah, I've been told about all that...Mine isn't superloud though...I've seen bikes in my area waaaay louder than mine and still riding...
I bought my exhaust from the States, but I know a shop here in Germany, where you can buy them and get all the papers for having the tuv approval....Give him a call or check out the website, he will explain everything to you

jamesmegill thank you
Damn..That motor sure makes a racket!! Sounds like the vslves need adkusting terribly!! I have 11 bikes and just for instance..My 2003 Honda ACE 750 Bobber is silent..All you here is the exhaust..Same with my 2017 Indian Scout Bobber and my Yamaha VMax..Im not being rude.. PROMISE..Do your valves need adjusting??? One bick ive never owned is a Vulcan of any year or displacement.. My 2010 ZX14R is also super quiet.. I also own Suzuki TL1000R which is a V-Twin Sport Bike and I love the thump it makes.. I hsve 7 V Twins and i actually started all of them before commenting just so i wasnt wrong.. How do u quiet it down? if thats how its supposed to sound..try running some Lucas in it and maybe some 20/50 Royal. Purple.. Good luck!!
uhmmmmm to be honest, it sounds louder in this video....As far as I know, everything should be good ahaahaha!

What the have to do to put a bigger tire on that..... thinking of doing mine next spring
It's a kit... You gotta cut the original fender struts and for the tyre, the company needs your original hub, so it can be modified for the bigger wheel exc...
Where did you get the rear fender
Hi! How are you?
I bought a classic Kawasaki Vulcan 900 year 2009. And I want to make some changes to make it look like your motorcycle .... I would like to know if it was necessary to change the OEM REAR SWINGARM SUSPENSION ARM From your motorcycle.
Thank you!!!
no mods on the swingarm...in the kit it says you have to make a spacer for the hub, that's pretty much it
@@CyberHorrorZero Thank you!!!!
I managed to finish my bike project. ... Where can I buy a fender like yours?
Hi will this Vance fit tithe vn900 ? If so what the part number please 🙏
Hallo kannst du mir sagen bitte who hast du bestellen Heckfender
How did you get the fat rear wheel and tyre on?
後輪尺寸多少
後搖臂有更換嗎
Oh and what size risers are you using on you handlebars
120 mm high and 40mm backwards
have you noticed any vibrations at higher gears? I've heard different things.
uhmmmm a little bit, but we talking about 130/140 km/h, which it isn't that confortable for this kind of bike.
A sixth gear wouldn't be a bad idea though, since this one has only 5 gears.
Vibrations are mostly tire pressure related.
@@CyberHorrorZero, go for the Baron front and rear pulley. It gives you comfortable long gears and about 13% lower rpm on the highway.
@@corneilcorneil Uhmmmm that could be a good idea
@@CyberHorrorZero, it is. I have this Baron pulley's since 2 years now. Don't go for the Scootworks. The only thing they need is a bit candle wax on the belt from time to time to avoid squeaking froggy sound when the belt touch the side of the rear pulley.
Gear ratio is perfect, a total different bike and no more up shifting to a not existing higher gear on the highway.
