     Discontinue any exercise if the pain /discomfort increases.
     Exercises are to be done initially 1 set of 10 thrice a day.
    It is important to see a physiotherapist in person to get a tailored exercise program.
    A healthy exercise routine has a number of various aspects that should be considered.
    Cardiovascular exercise is for over all fitness and weight management which is important for daily functioning.
    Strengthening exercises are to be done for isolated muscle group, as well as functional exercises.
    Neuromuscular Exercise includes Co ordination, balance and stability exercises, all of which play an important role in daily functioning.
    Stretching Exercises is done to maintain adequate balance between muscles
