Hi, not sure if you still have the device but I had this problem because my DVR didn't come with any hard drive. I believed it was inbuilt but turns out no. I had to buy it externally but when I installed it worked.
@@FlexFitCollective Open up the DVR and see if a hard drive was built in. Most likely the camera system didn't come with a hard drive and it requires you to buy one externally. Once installed it should work
My machine stopped recording and i. Try to format it says failed but I think it is all clear. I did reset also but it is not green button coming up.. cant you help me
Have you figured out how to use the audio I’ve been looking for information on how to set it up but nothing I will greatly appreciate it if you have any information about this thank you
I wouldn't have installed this crap if I knew it only records with movement. Definitely a worse system than the one I had before and my previous one was crappy.

Can you reach the Cam from your Phone, when your Phone is in mobile Data or in another WiFi?

You set whether it records all the time or only when there's motion. This person must have chosen the motion option.
