Great video. I just bought a zosi dvr as my annran keeps rebooting every like 30min. Hope it works well.
Maybe annran power adaptor drops voltage or ampers needed to feed DVR. Try to connect any other different power supply 12V 2 or 5 Amps

Hello there, we just got a Zosi camera installed however On our Swann DVR it says Video Loss, we did eveything correctly and there is no issues with the network strength or the cables and wires. What seems to the problem? Is the Swann Dvr incompatible with Zosi!
Please check whether the infrared lights of the camera were lit?
(You can use your hands to cover the camera's lens to check)
If the infrared lights of the camera were not lit, please exchange another working camera's power supply and 1 to 4 power splitter cable to test.

@ZosiTechnology there should be an option to change them to keep someone restrained from having access . I mean, you hire someone in store to watch cameras and the previous employee still has the excess, which would not be at all

Hello. I bought these cameras. When I connect and install them, the installation process does not end. It stops at 85%. Everything is fine: internet, router, power supply. The cameras are working, the reset is also working. It is not possible to finish loading the camera into the application. Where can the problem be?

What if the dvr won't stop beeping when plugging it in to a power supply.
It maybe that the system is unable to start due to insufficient power supply. - Please change another working power supply to connect the system to try.
If you installed an internal hard disk in the system, the hard disk has bad sectors may also cause this problem. - Please disassemble the rear cover of the DVR / NVR system and unplug the date wire and power wire of the hard drive to try.

is it automatically recording?
First of all, please make sure that your DVR/NVR system has installed the internal hard drive. Our DVR/NVR can't support the external hard drive to record, and without a hard drive, it cannot record and playback. You can go to DVR's Main Menu - Setup - Record - Recycle Record, then click the recycle record tab to enable it.
Select to recycle the oldest video with the most recent video as hard drive space is needed. The default is set to overwrite the oldest material on the DVR. Be advised that turning this setting off will require manual management of any files on the DVR. If un-managed the DVR may fill up, and the DVR may not record.
@@ZosiTechnology here's the scenario: brand new out the box, hard drive installed, plug the cameras. There is no monitor to change any setting. Default setting as from tue box.
Does it automatically record?
No. We recommend that you connect the DVR to a monitor. Because the newly installed system needs to format the hard drive first.

Do I need a network cable
Yes. If you need to connect the device to a network, you will need to connect the recorder to the router with a network cable.

Yeah this process to add the system to the app doesn’t work for me. It keep saying the system connection failed. I tried many different ways and contact customer service.
Please restart the DVR/NVR and go to Main Menu--Set up>Basic>Date and time> to open Sync Time with NTP Server. Click "Update Now" option to check if you can get a successful message. After you get it, please add the device to the app again.

If you enter the password generated by SPD but cannot log in to the system, you can enter the system again by upgrading the system.

You can click "Multi" to select the channels you want to show. Then click the "Stop Scan" please don't click "Start Scan". Otherwise, the settings will not be saved, it will jump to the default channels automatically. How do I get it on my phone

Please scan the QR code on the top of the recorder.
@@ZosiTechnology I don't think there is a qr code on the DVR box. The only qr codes on the box, are for downloading the app. To get the device ID, I had to go to Main Menu > Information > System. However the device ID isn't 20 characters, and the qr code, doesn't work properly

I bought a new system I just installed it but it asks me for a password and I don't know what it is can you help me get it.

Yes, it's ok. If you want to remote viewing on your phone, then you need to connect to the internet.
How do you connect cameras that are not Zosi? I just bought a $900 system and I can't connect the existing cameras. I have the Zosi system at home and it works fine. I bought one for my job with existing POE cameras and they won't connect. I need to know how to fix this soon or I have to return the whole system and go for an Eclipse version, something I do NOT want to do.

I'm trying to set up my cameras but it keeps telling me wrong QR code, it said I need to enter 20digit UID number which I dont have. I tried all the 7 apps you have but can't get one to work! Really frustrated at this point.

No, but we need a screen for the display and operation of the DVR.
Planning to buy 1, Do you need to reformat drive everytime it run out of memory space or it does loop record automatically? Planning to run mine 24/7
does not need to reformat. It Loop automatically. erasing the old record (overwrite new one).

only thing stopping from finishing my set up,hooking it up to the Ethernet for internet.why do I need the net hooked up and isp to run the cameras when mine doesnt need it to run?
it's more for using the app ethernet cord not needed to just run the cameras.
My cameras connect to internet for one o two days and after that it don’t detect any network , why ? This is the second zosy system failed!!! Advice !!
Please go to DVR/NVR's Main Menu--Set up--Network, then click 'test' to check if it is OK.
If yes, please try to reboot your Router, then input the IP Address of the Router to IE browser, you will find the network information of the Router, please enable the DHCP function of Router and turn off the firewall of Router.

What's device model do you buy? Do you have hard disk installed in the dvr?

@@gilmireya Actually record don't need external something. But if you want to playback the recording, you need to install the hard disk in the dvr for the local storage.
All the ZOSI videos I found on youtube all show this exact same setup..
None show how to setup a PTZ camera...
now the setting for the PTZ camera's..
Bullet camera's are very limited.
If anyone has found a video for ZOSI setup of PTZ cameras please share...

First of all, please make sure that you have registered an APP account with your email address. The login password of the APP is not the same as your login password on the monitor. The password of the APP is the password you set when you registered your account before.

This is what I'm TRYING to do. I enter my email successfully. I get the code successfully. I enter the code successfully. Then it pops open two windows for me to enter and confirm my chosen password.
This is where the app fails. It displays an error message that says,
"The password not conform to the rules!"
It does this every time, no matter what password I pick. I can't get any further because it won't take my password.

Hi, Cesar. When you remote viewing on your home TV/monitor by using this system, there's no need of internet service. But if you want to remote viewing on your phone with the app, then you need to check out the network connection of the DVR.
