Han absolutely owned this song. He is my bias in SKZ and my favorite rapper in all of kpop. I will never get tired of listening to him rap and sing. Also SKZ didn't produce this. Czaer did. 3racha are credited for lyrics, but so are a bunch of other people.
The lyrics are solely 3racha, I think you might have thought otherwise if you saw the "writers" credits in some platforms. That one includes the composition too so that's why there are other names.
Red Lights is a complete different vibe. It's more like Taste. Both are awesome and amazing. Heyday is my current fav because it just brings me so much happiness. It's a get off your butt and dance song. Love these boys!

Just remind u that red light is song produced and made by bangchan and hyunjin both. It's their song . Hyunjin wrote lyrics and eng part by chan ,, they worked on tgt. They talked about their OBSESSION with their works , the dark side !! Mv is so intense but artistically well done. Hope u pay attention to their harmonisation of voices, hyunjin falsetto and vocals,,chan deep vocals,, hyunjin acting is incredible,,chan back is crazy ,, their chemistry and choreography everything is on point.

Czaer was the main guy but all 3racha members have credits on composing and then Chan has credits on arrangements as well. And then 3racha obviously wrote all the lyrics by themselves.

This is one of the very very few 3Racha/Skz song where 3Racha have no production credits; it was produced by Czaer, who produced all the Streetman Fighter tracks. They don't even have composition credits, but they are credited with lyrics. Personally I have a hard time believing they had no input to production or composition at all, but regardless, they totally made the song their own, and the rap rhythms are so incredible, they basically used them to re-compose the beat, especially Han and Changbin.

I can't put red lights near 3racha tbh ... They a separate force. That being said, the chemistry that Chris and hyunni have in red lights is just..... Something else entirely in itself. The fact that hyunni wrote the lyrics and Chris did the music makes it even more...just them. Hyunni said that Chris taught him how to accept and use his sexiness and ohhhhhhhh he did 😅

There's more to the story of this song, because Bang Chan’s epic line “legendary like Tiger JK” here in HEYDAY, later led to a spoken word collab between 3RACHA & TIGER JK accompanied by Jung Jae-il on piano at the 2022 MAMA awards, called MUSIC MAKES ONE. It was awesome - something a bit different for all of them and therefore exciting to watch (I mean, who includes morse code in their music?! So interesting!).
"SIDE EFFECTS" i think is another track, from their first lets say phase, that contains a lot of raw material, which they revisited later. there are some genius moments there. since you are so much into SKZ but covered nearly everything.... but i would recomend the performance video, instead of the official mv. I also love their Sorry I love you. It shows another side of them. There is a live broadcasting version for that which is really cool. That was in Noeasy i think.

I cannot choose between Heyday and Red Lights. They are both great on different levels. 3racha has a song called 3racha too. That is a song I would recommend to you. :)
Also, there is no possible way to compare Red Lights and Heyday. They are totally different sounds, totally different vibes, I listen to them in totally different moods, and I love them both. On your own time, try looking at the Camp Howl In Harmony episodes where they show some of how the members composed Red Lights, Gone Away, and Surfin', in three subunits. And no, you can't compare those three either, although it is easier for me to pick favorites from them--1 is Red Lights, 2 Surfin', and 3 Gone Away. Red Lights is definitely the strongest track among them, and by far the most popular (partly because it is so sexy and the video is pretty hot). Gone Away is a very nicely done ballad, I'm just not a ballad person, and Surfin' is very lightweight but such a fun bop with fun rhythm, I listened to it all last summer and will key it up again as the weather warms.

At 4:32 I'm pretty sure it's both changbin!! The lyric video is slightly off in that aspect, just like in I'm stacking exp (changbin) just dance on my heyday (chan instead of han), eg at 3:03. Lyric videos are often slightly off

Also, there is no possible way to compare Red Lights and Heyday. They are totally different sounds, totally different vibes, I listen to them in totally different moods, and I love them both. On your own time, try looking at the Camp Howl In Harmony episodes where they show some of how the members composed Red Lights, Gone Away, and Surfin', in three subunits. And no, you can't compare those three either, although it is easier for me to pick favorites from them--1 is Red Lights, 2 Surfin', and 3 Gone Away. Red Lights is definitely the strongest track among them, and by far the most popular (partly because it is so sexy and the video is pretty hot). Gone Away is a very nicely done ballad, I'm just not a ballad person, and Surfin' is very lightweight but such a fun bop with fun rhythm, I listened to it all last summer and will key it up again as the weather warms.

At 4:32 I'm pretty sure it's both changbin!! The lyric video is slightly off in that aspect, just like in I'm stacking exp (changbin) just dance on my heyday (chan instead of han), eg at 3:03. Lyric videos are often slightly off
