ITEM is such a dope SKZ song. Frankly, this album is true to its name. They hit you consecutively five times Hall of Fame, S-class, ITEM, Super Bowl, Topline, and then they let you catch your breath a little before you enjoy the rest. 😂

When you get to Super Bowl, I would like to suggest that you listen to the album version (english) and then follow it up with the japanese version music video. Also, Super Bowl is the song that was meant to be the title track on the Go Live album, but 3Racha wrote God's Menu and had it replaced on the album last second because they loved it so much. And what a good call, because God's Menu is the song that properly introduced Stray Kids to the world. Super Bowl is incredible, though, and i love that Chan and Felix translated it to English now that they finally released it, three years later.
I’ll be honest, Han-C’s reaction was the exact same as mine my first time hearing this song - I lost all words and was completely speechless. The game-centric sounds reeled me in instantly! The very first time I heard item was that I was very weirded out. The sound was so distinct from any other songs I ever heard. However, when I was traveling to school, I made the five star album my playlist and man, item really hits hard during that time. Since then, I would play the song in our house non-stop. That's when I grew my admiration to the song.

Item is an absolute flex of both their rap and vocal skills. The vocals wasnt the usual prechorus, transition, bridge break. It's as intense as the rap, it had its absolute spotlight. And is literally an ITEM that is highly their own, not a privilege nor something handed to them . They polished their talent and they just keep winning
