One of my ideas that I came up with is making a QR Code and putting it in the Google maps reviews it one of my ideas I don't think anyone has do that yet

For me, the saved places is by far the most useful one. Can easily search & plan on the laptop and navigate there using mobile. A big time saver. Thank you for this very useful & excellent video.

Thx for that great video - do you do an advanced version that would cover: Planning a multiday trip (1 day per layer?) If that's how to do it can you use each layer separately on iPhone for navigation? I want to plan the multiday trip so that I can adjust the time / distance for each day.

When you do a start here and end here and it gives you directions. Is there a way you can have google show you the trip but in street view. Sort of like watching how your trip will look as if your driving but using street view but shown like a video?

can you add multiple stop directions to google maps
Recently google maps has changed one one the festures where you add a stop and then it doesnt show you the entire from stop A to B. It got somewhat weird. I hope google fixes it and makes it easier to use the stops.
Is there a way to use google maps like a gps Garmin and see what street , or road you are on. With out putting in a destination… so at the top of screen it would tell you what road you are traveling on….

Fun fact: Google used to get traffic info from cameras, but now they get traffic data from users smartphones running the Google Maps app!

No way to plan the trip rute and save it ..
The best trick for Google Maps is for them to get me where I'm going accurately and they just don't do it.Sometimes 2 miles off you have arrived.Shit I have ain't nowhere near it

Haha It’s very true! I remember big folded maps and then printing out Mapquest directions back in the day. We’ve come a long way!
