  • Here's a little video update on my pacemaker situation. :) thanks for all the texts and checking in!
I've been documenting this along the way because there wasn't info to find online when I was diagnosed. Maybe eventually I'll find time to put it all together in a way that makes sense starting at the beginning. But for now here is today's update jumping into the middle of the story.
All the relevant background info: I have scar tissue around the pacemaker wires inside my veins. That scar tissue is blocking blood from returning to my heart and turns me into a smurf.
They tried a temporary procedure a couple weeks ago that lasted 2 days then failed. I'm having a couple more procedures to hopefully permanently resolve this scar tissue situation in 2 weeks :)

Be careful standing up too, I fainted and that’s how I found out! Praying for you 🙌🏾

GO TO THE MAYO CLINIC IN MINNESOTA!!! I had this at 38, you can faint at anytime!!! It’s a horrible feeling as you stand up, they have to burn out the wires! You may not even need a pacemaker!!! They took mines out!

Wish u to be healed. I have similar experience( svc syndrom due to mediastinal fibrosis). So what kind of surgical procedure did your doctors follow? Removing of the mass or svc grafting? Thank u.
