I have enjoyed many chocolates from well-known and lesser-known manufacturers, but nothing can beat what I ate in Belgium at a chocolate praline making demonstration. I ate one freshly made praline, but I felt the taste and aroma all day long

Don't apologise for your hair, it looks amazing! Mine's straight, so I can never re-create that incredible volume you have. I definitely would love to give the dark chocolate one a go, it sounds like a brand they might sell in Waitrose, so I'll look for it there. Random question but I'm intrigued, is RUclips your full time job now or do you do something else? You give me writer/journalist vibes but I don't think I've ever actually asked before, so just curious x
RUclips isn't my full-time job! I studied/worked as a lawyer for a few years but now work in a gelateria in Venice!

Don't tell it to us Italians! We put even pig's blood into chocolate! The famous "sanguinaccio" (not to be confused with the sausage with the same name). 😄
I'm so sad that the mulled wine one doesn't really taste like mulled wine, I love mulled wine and the idea of it with chocolate is so beyond dreamy. Let's hope that they or someone else will do it better at some point.

I’m not a cinnamon person when it comes to chocolate or coffee, mulled wine is a no for me, but that dark bar sounds delicious
