Back during Covid, I started eating this way and was losing weight. I got Covid then returned to eating but spread the same amount of food throughout the day, and lost no weight. It wasn’t until I went back to omad that I started losing again.
That is very interesting, Kathy! I do think it makes a big difference for me as well, especially in my ability to be consistent, but I do wonder how much the eating window itself matters biologically.
I do a one meal a day u make sure u have all ur vegetables and protein in it.i eat early in the day and don’t eat till the next day and I have trimmed down a lot ! I feel so much better
Great big thigh-busting hikes make a big difference for me! When I've trimmed my eating up and combine that with the hiking, I lose a pretty darned good amount of weight. We'll see how this current 30 days goes
