HI Sean-great video. Thanks. I recently had a fusion in the first metatarsophalangeal joint after 25 years of arthritis and a huge bone spur, so I need to increase mobility in the joint between the proximal and the distal phalanges, so I can restore better gate. Even though I had arthritis and the bone spur, I had the ability to roll off the great toe. Now I don't and am rolling off the lateral distal part of the great toe, which is causing inflammation and pain. Anything you can suggest to increase the mobility of the distal phalanx so I can start to roll off of the center instead of the lateral part of the tip of the great toe? Thanks, Bruce
