Jump rope is a classic way to build up the strength and endurance in your feet. I say this because my feet burn out before my legs, heart, and lungs. I’ve bought rehab machines for the feet. I even bought a calf machine and a tibialis anterior machine. When it came down to it, jumping rope and jumping jacks gave me the most gains. Plus, you can push yourself to your max without having to limp back home.
Sir a have bnion in my big tou. I am sprinterof 200m this bnion is issue for me what can i do my timing is around22sec plese tell me how can i treat this bnion🥺🙏🏻
Ahh, just because you are a good athlete, does not make you a good coach or biomechanist. I just get a ton of experience from working with rehab and performance for elite athletes as a physical therapist, spend more hours than I can count with research on running related topics, and I get to nerd out with some amazing coaches and other professionals. Now, in terms of sprinting, I don't do that nowadays. I do more long distance running, but I still get fascinated by the way people move whether they are sprinting or running an ultra.
Thank you for this educational video 🙏🏾
Is all this possible with a flatter foot? 🥶 I’m still learning new techniques and skills, so I’m kinda unsure.
If you have flat feet you need to strengthen them with exercises line this

@@JPGloria And big toe mobility is also important for long distance running. Ones mechanics collapses when the big toe is not sufficiently mobile.
Probably not the most popular topic but I'd like exercises for steeplechase 😁
Very informative!
Thank you!!
Good
My big toe seems to lift sideways and not straight. Is that a issue?
