I achieved this on my server by using the pvez zombies mod and customizing their "characteristics". I made them all walking with slightly increased body shot resistance and one shot headshots. Then I just modified their spawn numbers to create mini hordes moving together.
@@T-Wrecks424 same here, Livens mod is possibly the best dayz mod out there! The configuration of both mods combined is mind blowing! Once I got it sorted I donated 50 euros I was that impressed by his work :)
Thanks for putting this video together, lots of good info. If I might make one suggestion for future videos, I believe that having the video divided into chapters would be helpful. Using this video as an example, when I come back for reference, I could just skip right to the beginning of the particular mod I'm interested in.
Tactical flava seems to try totake a more realistic approach. I hate 90% of the dayz modded guns because they are super imbalanced. I havent tested TF yet, i stick to vanilla for guns mostly, but i have it in a test server to try and potentially add to my server
the only problem with guns mods in dayz is that they most of the time aren't compatible with vanilla magazines and it's just gonna be a pain in the ass finding the correct magazine for you gun anyways
Very true, and hopfully server owners have figured this out and themselfs with some basic modding knowledge made said vanilla mags that take the same ammo mostly work with the gun that uses similar ammo and mags
How to download mods? I mean I just have no idea . To download mods it’s need a start.bat thing and I have watched many videos on RUclips about it but still can’t understand it. I really want to play with mods but don’t know how to put mods in the server.

I only want the infinite sprint mod. Whoever at BI who decided that they player should have a stamina bar for running around (and encumbrance on top of that) should have their human rights taken away and thrown in a gulag
@@josephpeters7076 I just checked (4/7/24) and its #37 in the most played list and peaked today at almost 50k players on PC alone so is far from dead! I see loads of console players in fb groups too!
There needs to be a "working" mod that turns ALL zombies into The Walking Dead style zombies, and have lots more of them.

You don't need a mod for infinite sprint, just change a few settings in your server json files 👍
