I feel like I'm 14 again and it's 2012 and RUclips was full of GTA IV graphic mods. iCEnhancer, enb-series. This video brought alot of Nostalgia back thank you!

Real question, What type of PC/Laptop specs do you need to be able to smoothly run this with all of the mods Cuzzo?
not much imo, as this runs pretty well (with the graphics mod and max graphics) on my laptop too with above 60 fps at all times

@@TabbyEgg312 AMD Ryzen 5 5600, RTX 4070 super but that's not the point my laptop has gtx 750 or something and this runs smoothly on that too
