the key to stable flight here is to have your center of lift, behind your center of mass. try putting the camera slightly forward of the wings. also, pick up a snap swivel from a fishing supply shop to keep the main line from twisting..

Hey Casey, believe it or not the junk food may be contributing to her meltdowns or "freak outs". I am a pediatrician as well and I give this unsolicited opinion without the benefit of knowing any of you at all, so I beg your pardon, but I also ask you to consider it. It has to do with rising and falling sugar levels in the bloodstream. I also want to say that I think from my obviously brief observations of the two of them I think Candice is a wonderful mother my only critique would be that she needs to realize Francine is not going to hate her if she exercises discipline and says "no" once in awhile. In fact, Francine will respect and appreciate her even more. Keep up the wonderful vlogging, Casey.
+Beatrice Page Can't argue with your discipline statement.. I got disciplined..never to excess..and rarely because I was a good kid by most measures probably because of that loving discipline... And I love my parents dearly and miss them.
Ive seen both Casey and Candice discipline Francine in the VLOGS. When they were on the train and Francine was being mean to her Dolly, they scolded her, telling her to play nice and then when she did it a 2nd X, they took her dolly away. I dont ever remember seeing them just letting Francine go rouge in throwing a fit and getting her way.

Thanks Casey for inspiring me to make daily videos while on spring break! Idk how you do it every day
Trying again with Francine is a good idea too.. But you have to model it. Buy some delicious fresh fruit, wash it and eat it with her. (Cut in half or quarters) grapes, small chunks of mango (has to be perfectly ripe and sweet), watermelon, banana, even apples (don't peel it , make really thin slices and leave the peel on), dates (remove pits), make a nice little plate. After doing this a few times, add cucumber sticks and carrots (not those gross mini ones - actually cut up a carrot into thin sticks) and red bell peppers. She might like a little 'dipping sauce' (aka salad dressing) like Annie's raspberry or shiitake. Teach her 'delicious!' And 'more please!' You will get so many points with Candice!! (And the doctor.. And you'll be teaching her some great habits.) Pretty soon she'll be learning how to cut with you (banana and butter knife). This is a perfect age to introduce these things to her.
Finally a comment about nutrition! From 0-5 are the most important years of a child's development and nutrition that you CANNOT get back no matter how well they are fed after 5 years old! If there's one thing to get right is feeding that kid the best food possible at least for the next few years!!!!

Hi Casey, try using a long rigid clear piece of plastic (imagine a really long transparent ruler) and attach the gopro to the end instead of strings. Drill a hole at the other end and attach a spinning handle. The rigidity of the plastic should keep the camera from twisting. No need for the cardboard wings with this method.

I think your solution to the strings wrapping around each other would be to give the strings more "room" at the holes where you knot them into the kite. OR, tie the strings into a braid so you'd be holding one string instead of the many you have.

Do you all ever wonder if Casey just EXAGERATED and went over the top of what the Baby Doc actually said to them? What probably was a mild suggestion and pointers by the Dr, probably felt like an ass chewing, especially to Candice being a new 1st time Mom an all. A lot of u give Candice hard time and judge her way too harshly, because she is shy, sensitive & not as vivacious as Casey is. She was so upset at the thought she was going to miss Francines 1st bday, she was crying at the airport, to the point. Casey chartered a helicopter just so Candice wouldnt miss her daughters big day. Give Candice a break, shes NOT the VLOGGER here, and NOT the attention seeker but unfortunately because Casey is, and shes married to him, a part of her life is filmed as well and more than happily judged by all u trolls who have nothing better to do with you time than to try and make somebody else feel as bad as u do about urself. She's a successful business woman in her own right with her Jewelry Co, that is NOT only sold at every Barneys around the world, but have been bought and worn by several famous celebraties, singers and fashion models to boot! On top of all that she well educated & speaks at least 2 other languages. She's HARDLY a lazy slouch or gold digger to the person who made that comment that she just married Casey to ride on his success & will divorce him in a couple yrs after she has Francine and can milk child support from him. OUTRAGEOUS!

+Azaria Bell I'm from Germany and been to almost every country in Europe. I liked Belgium the most, especially Ghent, Brügge and Leuven because those cities make you feel like you're back in time. What I can also recommend: Edinburgh, Sevilla, Granada, Bologna, Florence, Cracow, Gothenburg (in Christmas time) and of course Berlin ;)

Casey, I think the reason it failed was because it was to light. The iphone weighs a lot more than the GoPro. The weight helps it keep its balance. Try adding weights to your next design.
