I'm a licensed massage therapist and took a thai on the table continuing ed class. It was 3 days of learning and these two did even more than we learned! It's really hard work. You're so fortunate to get to experience that!

Honestly I really enjoy seeing the different types of massages so I am on board with massage tripping. I am so use to very classical massage therapy but seeing the various types here makes me want to try other forms of massage that might further help my body.

Hi i am Thai and I love massage. Caution to you, never let any untrained, unexperinced person walks on your body. If any slip accident while walking on your body you could get hurt, injure or even paralised. Let the licensed massues does their job to you. ;)

As someone who has fibromyalgia where my muscles can cramp and tense for days at a time and I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus , that yoga massage stretching looks absolutely amazing! I just know I would love that! X

Lucky! My little brother would have hurt me or something because when I was 22 (when I started getting massages) because he was huge (as in 6 ft 6, 214lbs. At 17) so he would crush my 5ft 5 123 lb back.
When me and my cousin were little like I was around five and she was about 7 we use to walk on our grandma's back nowadays I just help rub her shoulders for her but that's what we did back then 😂😂

This takes me back when my husband and I went in for our first Thai massage which was in Pattaya, Thailand. we went in not knowing what a Thai massage was.... wow was it a BIG surprise lol. They actually did massaged us for a while and they did have us undress to our underwear, but towards the end, they started bending and rolling us around... I was panicking most of that time because I thought my body was going to break. My husband is 6'6" and yet, she was able to move him around like a rag doll. It was all worth it in the end because I have NEVER felt so tall and so relaxed, after a massage, in my life. I highly recommend this!

It’s better to simply reduce how much bad food your eating over time until you no longer crave it, not allot it to specific days where you inevitably binge which causes all harm and zero good. Cheat days are by far the worst advice you can give to someone trying to lose weight.
