Omg How did you guys not overheat, i would be in there for like 5 minutes and then get out sweating maybe i'm just so use to the cold weather looking after the horses hahaha
ashleigh jones it's basically the same concept as a tanning bed. It's infrared lights so it won't hurt your skin or make you too uncomfortably hot, you know?
i get overheated super fast tho even in the winter

heat can't be drawn out by heat. and having cold internal organs is the end stage of hypothermia.

I've had hundreds of hours of an anatomy and physiology. I do know how the body works.. sweat gland coils are in the hypodermis where sweat is created, the tube extends through the dermis and then excretes in the pores of the epidermis. The sweat is not happening around organs and deep inside the body. It is a very superficial function. As thick as skin may look in a textbook it's really very thin, 1.5-2 mm to the dermis so another 1mm or so to hypodermis...

Okay, i work at Chillis and i was working on Thursday during lunch time and i saw you guys, i sat you guys at your table and i instantly recognized Joslyn and once i saw her i saw that Lily had her hair dyed pink and i was so excited but i had to contain it because i was at work but OMG i felt like a total fangirl!!! Erin, if you are worried about cankles, putting your feet up against the wall for ten minutes a day can reduce canckles. At least, that is what my yoga instructor tells me. No need to worry though. I have them too. :)
