I Built A New And Improved Roof For My Backyard Fort!

In this video I build a new roof for my backyard fort that was better than the first!
First I had to take everything out of the base and then destroy the old roof, then I cleaned it all out of the shelter before I could start on the second! After that I put a grid of sticks over the hole, then I put pine needles over the top of the roof, and finally I had to dig a second hole to get dirt to put over the pine needles so that the roof would be water proof!
Once I did that I cleaned the shelter up and rebuilt the fire place! Now It looks like a cozy shelter that you could find in a forest, but it is actually just in my backyard!

You need rope to tie sticks together at corners. Look up lashing knots. Great job!
