It's good to know that there is more than one way to do cross stitch. I was always taught that the "correct" way was when you made each "x" separate, Thank you and stay safe!

i searched "what activities are similar to sewing?" on google and the top answers were "knitting and cross stitching", i thought they were both difficult to do, but now that i know how to do cross stitches, i only thing the knitting is difficult. Ngl, i actually assumed this was how to cross stitch but i wasn't sure so i watched a tutorial lol

Cross stitches are not particularly challenging indeed. The real challenge is to stitch the right colors in the right places ^^ It is worth trying it out for sure.
