Are you going to put out a tutorial of how to add this system to an existing character blueprint? I would love to add this to the Advanced Locomotion System v3 if that is at all possible.
I'm in the middle of updating all the documentation atm. I have no idea how customizable the Advanced Locomotion System is and how it's using all the components. I think there might be a clash with my IK component system and the ALS3 version. As the new IK component I added to the project handles IKs on both hands and feet. I think ALS has a completely different way of doing Feet IK alone. In the next update I will have all the Ledge detection and jumping logic in a new Component as well. So in theory, you can just add that Ledge Component to the ALS character and it should be able to climb, etc.
Is there any chance we might get a tutorial on how to code this ourselves? Or something more basic than this? This looks amazing! (I'm a C++ beginner and really want to get into Unreal)
Sorry for the negativity. Too many things in mp are broke, or not supported. This could be great. Ik can be alot better. Mp sometimes ticks me off. Saturated with junk. Your stuff is good. This is a lot for the price. Dont get me wrong. That was 4 weeks ago. I figured out how to shut off ik.
Yeah I've pushed an update that fixed the IK transitioning rules in the IK component. Still awaiting approval from Epic. I'm currently working on re-factoring the codebase for the climbing component so it will be easier to implement it on other projects/systems. With the delay, I'm new to the Marketplace and have only recently started doing it full-time, so updates with new features are being worked on right now too. Also, i'd highly suggest sending in a support email if you're facing any issues. Most people leave comments on the product page asking for technical help when it's near impossible to help them on the comments.
its such a pity this doesnt get updates :((
Hey is the marketplace ever going to be up again?
This looks amazing as always! can't wait to get this update
Not for sale?
Love the component approach. :)

Vote for this
I vote for this as well. Did you update to add it to a component?
Can you buy an old version somewhere? or what is planned with the new one?
It would help if you put a link to your marketplace page in the description.
done haha

Are you gonna update it? i'd love to buy it :)
4 months of broken? How about a single bug fix. Nothing in the marketplace is this broken.
peopleaz Did you bother emailing support? Or just sit and complain?
