you guys have great chemistry :). i think one important thing for helping with stress, pressure, and anxiety is having people around us we can count on to help when we need it! it feels like people nowadays in our digital world are more antisocial, and its harder to find people who will genuinely help you, especially if you're a stranger. i think this is a shame.

4:30 我上大学而言,压力太大的时候的时候(考试的时候)我就看电视剧。不看一集, 而是一季。你可以猜测,这个排解压力学习方法不好。
