What a sensational feature. Thanks Michael! Combined with all the other towing features available on the Ford Ranger & Everest line-up, this definitely makes these vehicles the TOWING KINGs of their segments!
was in the middle of commenting on your previous video asking for an update on the back up assist then thought to check to see if you'd already done one. Thanks! Great content
Hi @Dawgfather87 , Thanks for the feedback on Michael's tutorial. To answer your question, yes, they are decals and additional sets are available through Ford Spare Parts. :-)
Good question @dk.Phanzo , In Australia, when ordering mid series models like Everest Trend and Ranger XLT, the answer is yes, this is an additional option over the regular Towpack. As of November 2024, Everest Trend 4x4 & Sport 4x4 require the Touring Pack to be optioned and not the Tow pack. Ranger XLT 4x4 & Sport 4x4 also requires the Touring Pack option, this is because the touring Pack incorporates the the additional Surround Cameras. The Touring Pack option incorporates the Towbar (on Everest models, Tow pack is standard on Mid Series Ranger), 360 Cameras and Pro Trailer Assist, so there is no need to option both the Tow pack & Touring Pack . When ordering an Everest Platinum, the only Factory Tow pack is the Premium Tow pack. Ranger Wildtrak, Platinum & Raptor come standard with the Tow pack and Pro Trailer Assist feature. In order to upgrade any model that is optional with Pro Trailer Back Up Assist, this must be fitted at the factory, it cannot be dealer fitted. We hope this helps clarify your question. Feel free to ask should you have any more. Team Q

good example when backing through the gate
Great feature and video, thanks. Are the decals stickers and if so, do you need to buy more if you plan to tow different trailers?

@@qford2587 Additional sets? Í bought a 24.5 Wildtrak and it didn't come with any!
Hi @@gubbah , it should come with a set in the glove box with a information sheet.
Do you need to use 2 stickers? The problem I have is I have no good spot for the stickers.
Do i have to get Advanced Towing Package for this?

This seems like it is going to be so helpful for me, do any other motor companies get this feature?
Hi Taylor, no other vehicle in this class has this feature available! :-)
@@qford2587 A Ford it is for me then!
@@qford2587 Land Rover has it
Surely there’s already a dial for steering the trailer, it’s called the steering wheel!
Exactly.
@stevenpam We’ve all wasted countless hours at the boat ramp waiting for the novices. This will help us all get in the water quicker! 😂😂
