Hi and thanks so much for the comment. I believe you might like the work of the robots in this American factory: ruclips.net/video/7O67JM876N0/видео.html
I have complete respect for what they do because watching this video gave me anxiety like no other. Working in factories stressful imo, and too fast paced for someone out of shape like me.
Ford just delayed their production in Stanton, TN new plant 3 years. Said they're getting the newest equipment. BULL - Ford screwed that upcoming city, the Yennessee taxpayers, got that government tit and won't let go. The mayor of Stanton said it's too big to go under. Ford flat can't product this electric crap, knew it, has a massive plant being built, and backed production and jobs 3 years. You know what FORD.
This video is very informative and an interesting look at the manufacturing process. It would be helpful if you increased the font size and allowed the text to be on the screen for longer so that people with disabilities can read it.
Thank you so much for your feedback and comment. I can definitely increase the size of the text in future videos, again I didn't want it to bother people who don't want to read it... But it's true that on mobile phones it might be too small
@cliffh8486, actually it's just more repetitive work which was part of the complaint of "assembly lines" in general. In the case of vehicle assembly, it used to be even more tedious and dangerous to workers. Now most of the dangerous and "hard work" is actually done by the automated equipment as well as hydraulic equipment. While this is obviously not just "sitting behind a desk", it's not what I'd consider "hard work." You find "hard work" in construction. There is some work in the automotive field which would qualify as "hard" and that's usually the "repair" of these vehicles where whole engines/transmissions have be removed, rebuilt/replaced. Try doing that in a "Mechanic's Shop" or worse, "in your own backyard" especially in your 40's, 50's, 60's, it's a "SOB!" What these people are doing here pales in comparison, especially being "indoors" I climate controlled rather than being outside in -10° to 40°F weather, cold & wet or in 100°F+ temps with the sun baking your skin & draining every ounce of energy out of you....
In 2021 we bought a 2020 Explorer Platinum with 11,000 miles on the odometer the price of the truck will title and taxes came to 55,000 at 6.89% interest monthly cost with gas and insurance 1200 hours per month I will keep it until the wheels fall off so far so good it's only got $18,000 Mi on it jwm.
Kudos to these workers. However, the necessity to elevate health standards in the US is undeniable, considering the high obesity rates and reduced life expectancies plagued by continuous health problems.
One of the main reasons these vehicles have build quality issues is because too much is focused on efficiency over proficiency. Productivity is important but quality is even more important. These lines move too fast and focus too much on time of completion rather then proficiency of what's being completed. To put that in the hands of the quality control staff is not only redundant and modestly works but is mostly ineffective when you should have quality controlled engineers defaulted on that to begin with. There are stunning sites of fantastic engineering that should definitely be applauded and hopefully as these designs get more and more complexed there will be more of a focus on proficiency rather then just efficiency ✌🏽♥️ 🇺🇲
As a tech for Ford of 8 yrs, it seems as though their robotics (not just the ppl on the assembly lines😂) have alot of calibration issues thus causing some of their defects right from the assembly line. You should take a look at their TSBs and some of this will dwn right make you spit out your coffee. Make sure your sitting dwn when you do read them.
While Ford Quality control is still spotty, if you get a good one they are great vehicles. Why pick between a Mustang and a Bronco when you can have both? That's what happened by chance in my life.

Now I see why all the new cars are build like crap, the assembly guys are distracted 🤣

I love the fact that Ford is putting my people to work . ✊🏿
She is definitely working in some tight spaces
For cheap
With all due respect. Ford is not putting them to work. They are putting themselves to work. It all starts within ourselves to be better and progress.

Great job Chicago.. First class operation.. Shout-out to Ruby at Northpoint, Renee at the Sequence Center and Courtney at CAP.
Was it me or was it some nice looking women in this vid😮💨
Yeap the thick black woman at the beginning of the video and more but yes in all production lines Factories their are good looking woman.

People QUALITY IS THE ISSUE,,,, MOST OF THE WOMEN ON THIS PRODUCTION LINE CAN NOT EVEN BEND OVER!!!!!
It’s because of greed. The more vehicles they can produce in a shorter time makes them more money, even though their products are complete garbage
