What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a non-scientific word that an everyday person came up with to describe the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps but much more pleasant and without the uncomfortable chills.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally induce this sensation in the viewer, often referred to as "tingles", but the videos also serve to provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy the videos for their calming and sleepy effect.

Now, while I must say, the dictionary was indeed a fantastic read, I personally think that the thesaurus is better. Now don’t get me wrong, chapter G was exceptional, maybe even my favorite chapter of any book I’ve read, but the thesaurus is overall a better book in my opinion. Don’t get me wrong, A and B are pretty weak and probably lead to this book being so underrated, but if you can get through those two chapters, trust me, it’s worth it. I’d give you the specifics, but you’re just going to have to trust me on this one.

Especially the slang words, they don’t consist of any of those if you have an official dictionary, and not some special kind of dictionary that has every word, actual words and slang. I would say wet is a property of non liquid objects when introduced to liquid. The ground becomes wet when it rains. A lake does not become wet when it rains, it just increases in volume.

In fact, I have. 3 times. I can also recommend the Dictionary as a good read, though I prefer Webster over Oxford.
Potatoes come from Ireland where they form naturally during spring in Irish gardens. They are then collected and taped onto frisbees then flung into the air. In some odd game of ultimate frisbees, some 200 farmers (which have nothing to do with the creation of the potatoes) line up to throw the frisbees to each other which allows the potatoes to travel 1,000s of miles. They throw the frisbees until the potatoes reach the grocery store where they are then separated from their families and sold to the highest bidder. Hope this helps.
