I’m loving the fact that you brought your dad onboard. That is a very expensive train for a day and a half journey, almost $2000 per person! Another great video, Mr. Trendy ❤️👍✈️🚃
While I have mentioned in comments from previous videos, my favorite thing about TT is that he's always honest and gives it to you straight. This looked to be a lovely trip and, while it's difficult to put a price on quality time with family in a beautiful location, I nearly had a heart attack when you said it was $2000 per person for about a day and a half journey.
The price on this is obscene. Utterly ridiculous. Don't understand who in their right fucking mind would take this train, dumb tourists I guess. Rent a car, eat better food and stay in nicer accommodations for half the price. Rail should be cheap unless the experience is once in a lifetime. This is some garbage pedaled by the Colorado government and this company.
That's so cool that you got to take a trip like that with your Dad, it was really sweet to see how good a time he was having. Def would love to see you two travel again.
Just when I thought your content couldn't get any more 'feel good', you bring your dad along. Really gave this episode that extra positive touch. Thoroughly enjoyed watching you guys enjoy this beautiful train.
Hi, Will's dad, lovely to meet you. Will, I'm impressed, the fact that they invited you to ride and give an honest review, which is what you always do, is a great achievement. It says a lot about how you do your videos and that they knew it would be great advertising for them. Thank you again for another great video, I love living vicariously through your travels. Hi to the lovely Millie also.
The train ride looked lovely and the food delicious, but I'm sure the relaxed time with your dad was the highlight of the trip! I've driven that general route on I-70 several times and been through and stayed in Moab more times than I can count on the way from my home in northern Utah and headed to various destinations south-east of me. I hope you guys had the opportunity to see two of the beautiful National Parks near Moab; Arches and Canyonlands. Plus, if you ever find yourself in St. George, do yourself a favor and go see Zions National Park, it has some of the most breathtaking scenery in Utah. I love your travel videos because of how honest you are about everything, and how much you enjoy the experiences you get to have. I look forward to your nice smile that lights up your whole face, and now I see you got that from your dad. I guess I'm different because I really enjoy driving all around the US, with so many little things that most people miss out on. Like just 15 miles south of Moab is this little place called Hole in the Rock, a 5,000 square foot home the Christiansen family dug out of the sandstone cliff beginning in the early 1900s. It's not huge, but it sure is interesting. We stop at every National Park we pass, not just for the natural beauty, but also for the Junior Ranger program that teaches our kids so much about each Park- plus they get a Ranger badge specifically designed for that park! Anyways, I think my point is to never stop enjoying your traveling adventures, however you do it!

Yes, breakfast is the most important meal of the day but high sugar ones are not healthy, pastries are not a breakfast item for me or sweet syrups over things. I just don't like sugar or sweet things full stop. Far happier with cheese and fruit as a desert/pudding course.
Rocky Mountaineer both the Canadian and US variants are on my bucket list for rail travel. I’ve been on some Amtrak routes before, but this looks so much more comfortable
Although Rocky Mountaineer is a Canadian owned rail-tour company based in Vancouver, it operates luxury scenic trains on four rail routes in British Columbia, Alberta, Colorado, and Utah. Over the pandemic, they bought all new passenger cars for their routes in Canada & after refurbushment, sent the old cars to the USA. It had a lot to do with the fact the double decker cars could not fit under the bridges on the US routes. I much prefer the double decker Gold Leaf cars because you can see more from the upper deck. And going through the Spiral Tunnels is a real treat for train enthusiasts.
We took a gold leaf from Vancouver to Banff and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. The food was very good. One hotel on the way was OK but the other three were very nice indeed. Somehow we got upgraded at the Fairmont Château Lake Louise to a suite with a huge living room and a second bathroom.
A train trip you should take is an Norwegian train trip from Oslo to Bergen. It’s no first class but the scenery is next level when you pass over the mountains. I think it’s best to do it around winter time because of the snow. Fun fact in Finse one of the stations one of the Star Wars films was filmed there

Отличное путешествие! Комфортный поезд, вкусная кухня, красивая природа за окном. Как хорошо, что Вы взяли своего папу! Спасибо за видео!
❤quality time with dad. Priceless 🤗
I’m glad you took this trip. I’ve been to Utah, but a different area and what I watched today was simply stunning. Also, I love your videos as I’m disabled and can no longer travel as I like. You give me a reminder of what’s out there. Thank you.
Hhmm, when I watch this content I can't help myself thinking THIS LAD DESERVES 5MIL SUBS HOW MUCH CARE AND GOOD MANER IN GENERAL HE PUT INTO THIS WORK, NOT TO MENTION THE ENDLESS NUMBER OF MILES..
You are a true hard worker man, i love how your content is so methodical and carefuly put together.. 🎉
What a great trip you had with your Dad! Great memories.
You are the perfect prometer of NASA..... always shows your loyalty abt NASA....stay bless
So Cool WIll you had Dad with you......Memories of forever!!!!! Hold on to it!!!!! A must in life!!!!!
Hi Dad....WIll is a good man and a chip off the Ole Block!!!!! I hope you had as much fun as it appeared you both DID!
Loved the Rocky Mountaineer!!!!!!! The views were INSANE!!!!!!
I grew up in Utah and live in Texas now. While I adore Texas, all the mountains made me so homesick ❤️❤️
Although I've never taken a luxury train across the western slope, I've driven from Denver to Moab a handful of times. The scenery simply never gets old, I love the contrast between the forests and ski towns to the sheer gray bluffs in Glenwood canyon to the jagged red arches in Moab. If anybody is planning a cross country road trip, I can't recommend taking I-70 enough!
You know what mate, I haven’t even watched this yet but I know it’s gonna be a beautiful chill out video of you doing your thing , I’m 50yrs old just got in from work, worried about my bills ….my teenage kids and all the other worries in life, but I swear down I can chill for 15/mins and just unwind and enjoy your videos., thank you ❤
Thanks for the kind words, hope you enjoy the video Paul :)
We went on the Canadian one for my parents’ joint 50th birthdays in 2019 - one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had!!
I've done first class in the Canadian version. One of the coolest traveling experiences on earth for sure.
Banff to Vancouver is amazing...Canada rocks
Impeccable editing. The video quality is sublime.
It looks like a pleasant trip. It's amazing what passes for "First Class" in the US compared with how you're treated in other countries. Certainly no First-Class anything expects you to wake up at 5 or 6 a.m. to make a 7:00 train.
I think it's so nice you are travelling with your dad.❤️
I am here for the amazing voiceovers. I could honestly sleep to this!!!
Great time with your Dad...priceless.
Wonderful to take a trip like this with your dad. :-) i lost my dad on his 90th birthday in 2018. I cherished every moment with him. we were like 2 peas in a pod! train rides like this are very interesting to me. Thanks for the video!
Good to see you spending time with your dad making memories 👍
