Intercooler can put your car into on and off condition?

This video is all about intercooler which absorb or which contains water inside.
I can't manage to know how come water enter the intercooler so I finished working on the car then I need to start the car so I sparked the car at least 5 to 10 seconds then the car went off, it happens several times then I took off the holes connected from the intercooler to the throttle body then I saw that water is coming out from the throttle so in took off the intercooler and I found out about there is a lot of water inside the intercooler.
