    I have this problem from almost 7 months.. I have been doing these exercises..and using hot water baths...i never stopped exercising..continued exercising with light weight.after that...partial reps... I still can't life heavy in arms especially triceps.. I can't do dumbell press... But it's okay......one can manage their muscle mass without lifting heavy. . I am glad.... You are addressing these problems most of the people don't even know what tennis elbow is....

    I suffered from tennis elbow for sometime. It was a painful time. Being a software pro, fitness enthu and writer it became very difficult for me during that time. Had to go for physiotherapy for many weeks. Thanks for this video..
