- A soundtrack I made... The idea was to make a track with sounds which simulate those of a clock.

I'm absolutely overwhelmed by all the comments I've received over the past 12 years! ❤ This was a super casual experiment I just "put out there" when I was brand new to music making. It seems to have garnered quite a bit of interest.
For the few who have used this song in their videos / performances, I'd love to hear / see them! Do comment with links to your videos!
Anyone who still wants to use this song, please feel free to do so! I lost the original mp3 many years ago (sorry, life happened), but I'm planning to recreate this from scratch when I find the time (and create more tracks).

At the Drama class we play Peter Pan and when the alligator appears this music plays and we dance as a alligator haha

I listened to this music when it was uploaded 9 years ago and now is 14 years ago.. how fast time goes..
This sounds like it would be a perfect theme song for a mash up of Steampunk and Shadowrun.
I really love this music you made, I now use it when I play some tabletop rpg with my friends (only private use of music, of course), now when my players hear it they go "oh shit" because they know stuff's about to get real when it plays ha ha
This soundtrack never stops amazing me. I can very well imagine this to be in some game or movie/tv-series/animation. This sounds very good and has good rhythm and timing is also good and it doesn't start repeating the same sounds.

This is a pretty good song. You started out with simple clicks and whirs and then built on and transformed them without straying too far but just enough to form a really piece of good foreground music. I rather enjoyed how my search lead me here but I still haven't found a song made entirely by clicks, whirs, and all sorts of other clockwork sounds; Would anyone have an idea as to where I could find something like that?
Wanda's theme from the video game Don't Starve Together comes close, using both ticking and the chimes of a grandfather clock.

I'm doing this for a school dance comp. and it's awesome. So sophisticated and layered, you can do all sorts of dances styles with this!

This music track has got thousands of fans, including myself, who want to use 'Clocks' in their projects. It would be great if you could find a way to get back the highest quality MP3 or WAV file of this track and give us a download link. I really hope you could do it.

The problem is that the highest-quality file is missing. There's still a lower-quality file available, but it suffers from RUclips compression.

Ha! I made a song called Tempus Fugit (Time Flies, in Latin) and used similar methods, although yours is much more utilizing of actual clock sounds. I used the exact same image as the cover photo!
