Millions spent waterproofing Hawaii Capitol with no pools

A years-long project to refurbish the reflecting pools at the Hawaii State Capitol has cost millions of dollars, but there is still disagreement over what will replace them.

I’ve worked in the pool business for 16 yrs and I can tell u for sure it would not cost a million dollars a year to maintain them.
