Although I won't be building it myself, I am going to take some of the knowledge you shared and upgrade my four different versions of the 1/18 scale Sun Star BTTF Deloreans. Another great video Wayne. When you think about it, Eaglemoss has done a sterling job of creating this model and all the tooling needed in manufacturing all these excellent precision parts, must be quite an investment before they get a return. It’s an epic undertaking!

Excellent video. Do you know what size the screws are for the flux bands.. ? I will be changing mine out for silver screws.

Hi Wayne I’ve just had a thought don’t you think that the screws what go into the grill would look better in silver and not black because they stand out a lot in black
I do have some silver paint. Once they are all attached I may give that a go :D

they're supposed to be black but the scale and amount of screws is not correct

I remember when the tv advert first came on and thinking how cool that would be to build, being a massive BTTF fan.. I had no idea that the build would be still be going on! 😆... I wonder just how many spare parts Eaglemoss have just kicking around after all the people that gave up after week 20 😂
Very true! Ha I remember seeing the Ad with my girlfriend and we both knew I'd be building it. Ha What gets me is that we couldn't do both sides in one issue but that's the norm with this build. Great work Wayne.

Even though the DeLorean was terrible as a car, it looked great. Personally I'm looking forwards to seeing if they improve it on re release.
