I must say, compared to a lot of metal bands, the members of Megadeth always seem to be dressed quite well and always appear clean. Many metalheads get caught up in the whole "rebellion" thing they forget they are humans...
I love this song so much. My guiatr teacher taught me it without ever actually letting me hear this song and wow. Its like something I would hear in a climactic showdown in an anime. This song is all life and energy! No offense to Shakira but this is the best She-Wolf!

Its part of it. The amplification of the strings is really the same as a drum set. The body of the guitar is hollow. The vibrating strings drive the soundboard through the bridge, making it vibrate. The soundboard has a larger surface area producing a much louder sound than the strings alone. Then its ran through the PA.
i think what sets she wolf apart from most other megadeth songs is the lyrics which seems to comes across as having a more nature/myth basis, similar to Iron Maiden perhaps, as opposed to their usual lyrical style
At one point...... I could have sworn I saw Dave's strings and mic start to smoke from the sheer awesomeness and then the camera panned out only to reveal god was in the crowd singing along giving the horns!!! l,,l, ,l,,l
in continuing my comment, that I failed to complete do to cellphone frustration; I beleave this represents the former. this is definitely one where distortion and studio effects were used to enhance and define a desired sound. true music. Love, Spaghetti
You haters can say what you want but between Shewolf and Dread and the fugitive mind, there's some really good guitar work going on. Great musicianship isn't hard to spot, regardless if the amps are turned on or not.
they're probably playing in harmony, so it has to see with composition and not with gear. if you want any further information about harmony, composition etc. check out the ultimate guitar forum. it's really godd.
@Shalashaskabob it's not supposed to be taken literally, an unplugged concert means no electric instruments, oh look at that! two acoustic guitars and an acoustic bass! never said anything about equipment.
