It's unbelievable to see the advancement of the automobile and at the same time see the ridiculousness of taking off a 2 foot platform.
You expect mustangs to be monster trucks?
Ford recently dropped the dark horse off of a platform like this & got it stuck with both front tires hanging off and body resting on the edge. It's better to take your time
S650 looks and sounds beautiful. Hopefully dark horse is 50-55k but if not I’ll be be happy with regular gt premium with some recaro seats and brembos. We will have to wait and see. Very pleased with s650 as of now though.
the Mach 1 goes for 60-65K so I doubt Dark Horse will be what you mentioned

To avoid these hang ups they should use a solid one piece ramp instead of these individual two piece ramps( especially when moving new expensive cars) which with one tiny slip up can cause a major disaster 🤦🏿♂️

Yeah it was really frustrating
A solid ramp wouldnt stop this hang up because the hang up is the angle of the ramp and the wood they're using to avoid the bumper from scraping. A solid ramp at the same angle would have the same problem.

Those same wheels but with a negative offset or wider rim would look even better.
My thoughts exactly, the wheels should sit flush with the fenders. That completely transforms the car

Still don't get how they struggle with this. There should be professionals trainered to do this, the ramps should be the perfect size, everything should be calculated. Yet it's so janky the way they're doing this for one of the few new Mustangs in existence

I teally think if these ramps would have been 2.5 feet longer with slightly less downward tapper you would not need wood shims at the bottom of the ramps

it sounds like my 2019 gt just a tad bit deeper. wheels look great, back looks better in video then it does in pictures. you never buy the first year model of a new generation. you wait until atleast the second years release of the new gen so they can fix whatever issues the first gen may have had.

I feel like they make these platform purposely difficulty for cars. Like if you know is going to scrap build the platform lower...so the cars dont have to struggle down at steep angles

It's better to take minutes than to scratch it just because you want to do it in seconds.

Exhaust sounds nice. But my main problem with the Mustang brand is it has been watered down for years. At first glance you're not sure if it's an eco boost, 6 cyl, v8, or a Shelby.

They’re making it easier this year front scoop gt no scoop 6 cylinder but these things never really mean too too much bc its always that guy with the 4cyl with every v8 spec the eye can see
