Do you have full fat milk? You can simmer it on the stove until the fat separates, store the fat in the fridge and when it's cooled, whip with an electric wisk. You may need a couple of cartons of milk to get a decent amount of cream though :)

I tried this recipe and it was like 😋 but the only thing was I didn’t have butter and for me it didnt poof and rise that much so I would recommend if u don’t have butter at home and wanna try this put like 1 or 2 teaspoon of baking powder it really helps and btw thanks for this amazing recipe I loved it! 🥰
