2) American Airlines - Boeing 757-200 - 2xRolls-Royce RB211
3) Thomson Airways - Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner - 2xGeneral Electric GEnx-1B

Still miss the 777 Emirates at bhx although you get the pia 777
