Doesn't crema add bitterness to the espresso?
Yes it could. It brings a full-bodied coffee sometimes at the cost of some bitterness. Ever tried to drink just the crema ? It's not super pleasant 😬
@@Cafelista_Coffee If I am having the espresso with something sweet, like a lemon pie, I just scoop the cream and spread it on the pie. Pretty fun
I've never tried that ! You just gave me an idea :) Now, I need a lemon pie .
