Do you ever think that the actual reason Poch is still in a job is because all the managers we think and are used to just agreeing to manage us, will no longer take the risk and we have no choice. I got a feeling we are no longer eating at the prem head table, due to the way we are run, this is not just get a new manager and all is fixed. If we can't get our best players largely fit for most parts of the season, any hired coach will likely be set up to fail at Chelsea. When most of your first team players (Reece, Colwill, Chiwell, Lavia, Nkunku, Wesley, Ugochukwu and Carney) seem to be made of glass and can't stay fit, what do you expect a coach to play with????
How are some of the new players made of glass if they didn’t have any major injuries until they got here? Have to use critical thinking and see why our players are mostly getting injured in training, why they look like they’re lethargic and don’t finish games, or we can consider past reports of former players of Poch complaining they do double sessions in the middle of the season before games🤷🏾♂️

@@SwaggMessiah Its mostly subjective to be honest. nothing much. His personality I guess because Amorim on record has a higher win percentage due to managing longer than later Naglesmann. I like that Naglesmann is more innovative than Amorim.

Our players mostly perform at international games because they play in a system. Poch has no system so our players can't develop when playing for CFC.

You have people campaigning against potch from day 1 yet he took us to a finsl and wi in a semi final and still able to finish top 5. With a bunch of kids in thier first year in england. That alone earns him another season. Imagine what he can accomplish when these kids have settled.
While I appreciate Poch having to fight an uphill battle, let's not pretend that "can still mathematically finish in Top 5" and the Carabao and FA cups performances are even close to enough to justify Pochettino staying. In those cups we played against injury-ridden teams or low ranking teams and even then we often struggled massively.
Middlesborough, Leicester, Burnley, Sheffield. All of them are in the championship or will be in the next season. Even with some of the kids only having their first year in England, there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of performance.

I thought you've gotten over this Ruben thing...in as much as I don't like it, it's logical to give Poch another year with this young team...how come nobody is talking about ensuring the injured players are all available for next season? We won’t be hiring a new manager this summer. The process would need to have started already. The preseason/offseason isn’t really an “offseason” anymore. There will be international responsibilities and then a preseason tour which all teams use to help their bottom lines in the era of FFP.
Pochetino will get the opportunity to see out his contract. I feel the club would have sent Poch packing if Alonso would agree to come, other than that, I’m not sure they would all be on the same page for an Amorim or RDZ.
Let’s just pray the boys find a spark against City then hope a healthier squad can do something with Poch next season.
