The players have series of injuries because the coach is not protecting the players and exposing players without good supports for understanding and coercion. Forcing his so called young and immature players in wrong and difficult against experienced and powerful players this season. He needs to change his mentality - he is just spursy

Chelsea physio dept needs reshuffle
He is a coach that focus mainly on players with exceptional qualities and some stand up performances at the detrimental of the team performance. This will affect discipline in the team..
For years, whenever with Poch as coach. It always looks like Chelsea is playing few players whether they are in form or not Spur is like players Hilary Keane, Modrick, later Sun.
He can't even rest these players to incorporate other players in these roles to inspire healthy competitions. This is the reason they have not won any cup competition because he did this at the detriment of the team.
That is why I was not surprised when he is always complaining of injuries and even when the injuried players are fit he won't incorporate them gradually into the team. The next press conference will be injury without kicking a ball.
Instead of trying out new players to break into the team he is forcing players to play wrong roles worsing the team understanding and confidence.
In a typical Chelsea, Palmer cannot be as influential as he is now.
It is Poch doing, the same scenario with Sterling, Sanchez.
He needs to build a team that everyone works for the badge collectively.

I agree with you 100%. But, I also think Pochetino would agree with you 100%. I think he might add that if he had all those players available for even 80-85% of the matches so far, he might have us in a MUCH better position and we would have 1 trophy in the cabinet guaranteed for this season, and most likely 2.
This is all to say, I think even Amorim would be struggling tremendously right now if he were managing Chelsea with this injury crisis.

I want AMORIM. I have studied POCH and truth be told he won't do any better next season. the last 5 games I don't think we played exceptionally well the teams we faced are just having a very poor run. Tottenham West Ham have really been poor. Poch hasnt done anything exceptional. I don't see us controlling games we still play gong ho football all the time.... I bet you we play against a proper team we will loose sorely just like we lost against arsenal...
