- A few days ago, my Cybertruck decided to malfunction on me! Geared up for an errand, I walked up to it, but... everything was off! Doors wouldn't budge, no lights came on, and the entire truck was unresponsive. Even though it was plugged in and showing over 70% charge! Talk about a frustrating surprise!
Since the truck wouldn't respond, I called Tesla Roadside Assistance. This video documents the entire experience, from discovering the unresponsive Cybertruck in the garage to the tow truck arriving and taking it to the Tesla service center.

Hey saw your video sorry about your Cybertruck that sucked that you had to do that. Hey just wanted to let you know there is an emergency release handle for the charger port. Open the tailgate first then Pull firmly on the edges of the panel on the left side of the bed to release the panel's clips and expose the release cable.
