To get Sketch Options and more new features of Office 365, you need to be signed up for the Office Insider Program. It is free. To join, open PowerPoint, click File > Account > Office Insider. More details about this program here: insider.office.com/en-us/join
The feature is rolled out to all 365 folks. You can go to File> Account > Office Updates and click on that to make sure yours has been updated since MS doesn't roll out to everyone at the same time. This is soooo cool.. and along with being able to work with SVG images, makes PPT ever more useful for those of us that use PPT for books and publishing.
