This is terrific & I took three pages of notes. One thing I'd like to see on the web page or somewhere is a simple written document. I know the current thing is video and disparate tutorials but for some of us, a single PDF with all the tips is vastly easier and quicker for practical use (in addition to, not as a replacement for videos). I can't remember everything from one session. Nonetheless, terrific product and I am using it in writing my new book on AI.

I love it! the only thing I can not still understand is how to export it with transparent background. OR take some object (prior export it) to be placed in the PPT
Awesome! We are thrilled to hear that you love SW. You can export any designs using the File --> Export menu. Export to PNG and select "Transparent background". A fast way to export to PPT is to use the Select tool in SW, drag your mouse to highlight multiple objects (or use Shift key-mouse click). Then, right-click and select "Export Selection". Done. Does this software allow to upload or add images or photos from outside the platform? Thanks for your feedback. Yes, sometimes there are advantages to an app running in the cloud. Sometimes, not so much. When you have 8-15 tabs open (like many of us do while multi-tasking and working) your browser can really eat up memory and resources. Chrome is the worst. Our customers love that SketchWow software runs very fast and smooth without relying on a browser. Also, the next time your wifi (or cell) connection times out (or your browser freezes), you'll never lose your work using SketchWow. Just a few things to consider :-)
Is there a feature to automatically add connectors between shapes? (For example, drag one shape on top of another while pressing Ctrl, or something.) To have to manually add connectors each time seems pretty tedious.

You actually don't need a pen because SketchWow is not a freehand drawing app. Everything is all drag-and-drop based using 100s of pre-made elements and templates. If you must use an iPad, you can setup your iPad as a secondary display using Sidecar. We have customers who do this and it works great. :-)
We have many customers who love using SW with PPT, Keynote, Google Slides, etc. You can easily select and right-click to export any of your SketchWow designs. We suggest using transparent PNG because that tends to work best when adding your SW designs to PPT. Hope you decide to give SketchWow a try :-)

Sorry, we don't have a preview of the Pro templates available. If you upgrade to Pro, you can try Pro out for 30 days. You can downgrade back to Standard (and receive a refund) if for some reason you change your mind.
For the time being, we kinda break all the rules. Many companies have multiple upsells, cross sells, downsells, order bumps, etc. We offer two account plans (Standard and Pro). You have the option of upgrading to Pro once you purchase a Standard plan.
SketchWow supports animated GIF exports. If you need an mp4, there are many free sites that will convert your GIF into mp4 in 10 seconds. Just Google "gif to mp4 converter" for many options. Hope this helps!

If you click the Group, then right click and select "Ungroup". You will also see there is a keyboard shortcut for this. Easy :-)

It seems OSX 10 is from 2001. Sorry, we do not support OSX 10 as Apple has also stopped supporting it.

Thinking of upgrading but can't see examples of what the additional templates in the pro version include.
Is there somewhere e can go to have a review before making a final decision?

Sorry, we don't have a preview of the Pro templates available. If you upgrade to Pro, you can try Pro out for 30 days. You can downgrade back to Standard (and receive a refund) if for some reason you change your mind.
what are the upsells?
For the time being, we kinda break all the rules. Many companies have multiple upsells, cross sells, downsells, order bumps, etc. We offer two account plans (Standard and Pro). You have the option of upgrading to Pro once you purchase a Standard plan.
I see a lifetime plan for standard but not pro? Every tutorial is showing pro. The price difference is extreme from lifetime to pro mothly.

Would be great if I could export as mp4 video 🤩
SketchWow supports animated GIF exports. If you need an mp4, there are many free sites that will convert your GIF into mp4 in 10 seconds. Just Google "gif to mp4 converter" for many options. Hope this helps!
can you insert images or videos in sketchwow?
You can insert any image into SketchWow (jpg, png, svg, gif). Video importing is not currently supported, but it is on our list of suggested new features. Hope you decide to give SketchWow a try :-)

Unfortunately, we don't offer an iPad app at this time. We support PCs and Macs
@@SketchWow any plans to release this on iPad? This would so useful on iPad especially, much more than desktops. Especially if you also do it for Android many users will use your app I guess.

How is this better than Visio?
Visio and SketchWow can both create diagrams and workflows. SketchWow is different because it uses a unique hand drawn look and feel. You can't create all sorts of different visuals and animations like this using Visio. This is where SketchWow shines: instagram.com/sketch.wow
