    The solution to Crosshairs hand issue was actually addressed and solved when Omega got him to train using his left hand. Which was then used to deal the final kill shot to Hemlock at the end.
    His right hand was never going to heal so Omega taught him to fight a new way instead of relying on only the one way he’s always known.

    Nala Se died like Fives and the Jedi: Shot in the chest after being used, betrayed, and watching their culture and people destroyed.
    Rampart died like Kamino: A massive explosion caused by someone they were sure was not a threat.

    18:51: Basically, the efforts of the clone rebellion, small as it was, delayed his efforts for a plan B in the event of his death. So take a moment to thank those brave and unnamed veterans - not just clone force 99, but those poor veteran clones who suffered the worst rewards for their service and the Batch finally rescued from the depths of hell.
    Echo will always be my favorite.

    At this point, we actually don't know what's next for Star Wars animation in vain of Bad Batch, Clone Wars, and Rebels. Maybe we'll find out at Comic Con next week at this time, because we usually get news around this point about what's next animation wise. Really hope it's Asajj Ventress related.

    Omega isn’t force sensitive, as far as we can tell, her blood can just replicate M count

    • @aspenator42
      @aspenator42 Месяц назад

      Exactly. I think ventresses meaning was that omega could potentially be trained to use the force, as new Canon has established almost anyone can with Sabine in Ahsoka. But not that she was particularly attuned with the force

    Palpatine moved over to his cloned body immediately after he died in episode 6. The trouble is that right now, hes unable to transfer significant midichlorians to a cloned body. Thats why the version we see in episode 9 is crippled, falling apart, etc until he absorbs the power of the dyad from Solo.
    Project Necromancer involved cloning again, but allowing him to maintain midichlorians. Omega wasnt force sensitive - she had the ability to allow for the transfer of midichlorians in the cloning process. If they had kept her, they would have been able to clone Palpatine again, but at full force power. With the knowledge and ability to do that, he could create force sensitive clones.

    Omega's continued existence potentially allows for the Empire to rediscover her special nature possibly leading to future stories about a rebooted Project Necromancer. The base was destroyed, the records, Hemlock, Nala Se, and Rampart were destroyed, but Dr. Scalder and several of the project's staff were unaccounted for at the end, meaning at least knowledge of Omega's nature is still out there.

  • @brianalambert1192

    I really hope that we get to see grown up Omega in live action. I could totally see her as this bad ass rebel who has this hodge podge of specialties, though not to the same level of skill as each of the Batch. For instance, I can see Crosshair training her to be an above average sniper. I could see Wrecker teaching her to be a pro with demolitions. I could see Echo teaching her technical/hacking skills. I could see Hunter teaching her some hand to hand combat, tracking, and strategy. And she'd of course become a great pilot from Tech's influence. She'd never be on the same level as any of the Batch on these things, but she could be amazing at all of them which makes her a great Rebel.
    In that same vein, if they do introduce her in live action, I want her to have armor/weapons that are a tribute to each of the Batch. Crosshair's gun, Hunter's knife, goggles like Tech has, cybernetic implants like Echo, and armor like Wrecker's.
    We have a bad ass woman warrior ready and waiting who has a backstory that matches. This is the potential I want to see

    15:47 Also you can see here are 2 Venetor ships with finally our Empire’s Star Destroyer Mark I. Others confuse Venetors for Star Destroyers when they’re totally different.
    Due to the fact that every war waged, there’s always new tech & equipment for the military that deals with specific roles to counter different types of threats. Whether it’s for protection, support and (or) offensive capabilities.

    Yall were a lot more chill watching this that I was lol. I thought the empire would win and vader or someone would come in rouge one style and kill the batch, and maybe keep omega imprisoned. When Tarkin said he was coming and the beginning of the epilouge made me so sure it would happen. I'm glad they got their happily ever after.
    To answer some questions:
    1. Omegas force sensitivity would make her a great pilot for the rebellion. Pilots with force sensitivity are some of the best in the galaxy
    2. They had to destroy all hemlocks work because in the mandalorian they're still trying to figure it out, so this would be too early for them to have it. Just goes to show it's always been in the works but never completed until the sequel trilogy
    Thanks for taking us along with yall for the ride! Love this series!

    Omega isn't force sensitive. The point of the Ventress arc was to show that because there was a lot of speculation about it. She's just able to replicate the same M-Count as Jango (who was not force sensitive). All living beings have an M-Count, force sensitive or not - This was key to making Palpatines cloned bodies able to hold his power in the force (which we can see they did not succeed with in The Rise of Skywalker, due to the actions of the Bad Batch).

    It's good and sadly too rare to see good Star Wars. Good story, good characters, good action. I know it's a bit limited by the budget and the fact it's made for younger audiences but The Bad Batch is great. I will miss them but maybe they can return someday. I will miss the Bad Batch. I have only one complaint about the finale and that is that the traditional Bad Batch theme wasn't used for the finale closing credits and a rather insipid composition used instead. Animated Star Wars wouldn't be the same without the Kiners' music and I've always been impressed by their work, but the Bad Batch finale closing credits music just wasn't up to the same standard as the usual Bad Batch theme for me.

    I'd been showing him some of the in-between stuff in chrono order, including Clone Wars, and this is his favourite ending so far. How conclusive it is, how after everything they've reached a better place in there lives, it really connected with him.
    He hasn't reached Rebels yet, but given it ends in a similar way to this I'm excited to see what he thinks.

    I think the ending was as perfect as it could have been. The story of the clones is left open-ended, there’s obviously more to come with Echo, Rex and their team but the Bad Batch are finally able to rest. The entire theme of this series and The Clone Wars to an extent was the freedom of choice and individuality - in the end the clones finally get that right to choose after being deprived of it for their entire lives.

  • @jmartin4396
    @jmartin4396 Месяц назад +1

    You guys missed something in a prior episode. Omega didn't have a high M-count. Her blood acted as a binding agent that allowed clones of high M-count individuals to maintain that high count. The problem they always had was that these clones were never able to retain their M-counts. This was explained a couple episodes back.

    I was satisfied with the finale but there are some loose ends that I dunno if they will be tied up even in the future; for example Dr. Emerie being a clone ended meaning... Nothing. Why are there only two female clones? Why are they so different? How did Dr. Emerie end up working at Tantiss? Where was she during the Clone Wars? And the Zillo Beast; what they were doing with it? And now it's free... What will become of it? Aw well.

    If the Bad Batch pops up somewhere moving forward, there's no reason Crosshair couldn't have gotten a prosthetic hand after his end scene there, which was presumably like the day of or after returning from Tantiss. It would certainly solve his accuracy problem anyway.
    Can we just appreciate how much Echo was the MVP of these final episodes? If he wasn't there, this plan fails hard. That was a nice touch considering how much he's sat out during the back half of the series.
    I would have liked to see Rex & his crew make an appearance in some capacity, but we can't win them all. Maybe as the extraction team after the Bad Batch did the heavy lifting, so as to not diminish their triumph.

    I loved this show but I had one small itch with this finale. The batch surviving on Pabu makes zero sense. The empire came to Pabu, even had them on lockdown for a few episodes. Yes the labs and the data within them were destroyed but is that really where intel on rogue insurgent clones would be kept?

    • @khelatar
      @khelatar Месяц назад +3

      Hemlock's men came to Pabu for one reason only -- to get Omega. Even if the Empire knows about the place it's of no interest to them, just an island with some fish n' fruit-eating hobos. They certainly have no intel to suggest that Omega would be of any importance.
