I believe the rarest skin is the "Wildcard Dev Admin Hat Skin", since u can't even spawn it in with commands. I am not sure tho, if it was ever available on offical

As far as I am aware, you can actually cheat kill the King Titan in Singleplayer and then keep the Homodeus skin as a free skin for servers

Scary Skull was available in the Halloween Event back in 2019.
You can absolutely cheese the lost Island boss. You lure it into the Cave.
Homo Deus has been broken forever.
I beat all the Fjordur stuff, but I can't use the stupid Mjolnir skin because I didn't buy Genesis.
