I am in the process of purchasing my own small shop now. I have 42 years experience as a screen printer. I moved to a small rural town years ago and have been at the shop I am now buying for close to 20 years.. Once I purchase my shop, I will no longer be the screen printer. I won't have time to do that because like you, we also do vinyl sign and graphics work as well as headstones. Finding someone in this small town that can manually screen print with consistency is going to be brutal. Everyone still thinks shirt printing is all push push button, which, even when it is, it isn't. I just might have to make the leap into auto presses.... Your new press is insane!
My man! You are the Merriam Webster Dictionary’s definition of a professional. The definition consummate. You are the person I’d want to learn this business from. Thank you for all your videos.
I just got my next 8/12 same size as yours, getting installed on Friday. I’m going to be tight just like you. Looking forward to seeing you running this beast. Congratulations!!!
Glad you are over the Auto problems. We have a P12XL and P14XL and still find limitations with colors when flashes iron and cool-downs need to be included. Would love to learn more tricks you share!
Ya the cool down stations needed end up eliminating a few heads unless you run in multi print mode and send stuff around 2-3 times. That's a big reason I went with a stampinator over an iron so I could gain one head back. The world of auto printing is pretty crazy, there's a lot of possibilities and new things to learn 🙌🏻
Huge congratulations dude! Hard work, determination, the best wifey, amazing friends and colleagues all came together and everything fell into place! Can't wait to see more with this new press. ROQ ON 🤟🏻
Super ecstatic for you bro. I've been a fan of you ever since I bumped into one of your videos last 2019. , I love how authentic your energy is, Big ups! Thanks for deciding not to quit. Truly Inspirational.
Aight watched ot 2 times now, about to go home (dinner @ moms house) and watch it again on a bigger screen and better audio, can’t wait what you come up with using this monster. Keep em coming buddy
Been subscribed for years and I am so happy for you bro! Now that a press for your business is good to go. I hope to still see some of your manual press set up tips, that lead me here years ago.
It's so good! I've gotten it even better since this, and I still think there's a lot more improvements I can make. It's incredible working with a machine like this
I know it is man. You said it was your dream machine. It took a year, but now she's here. Can't wait to watch those videos and see those shirts. Salute.
@@leestuart38 How do you like the stampenator so far? We have been looking into getting one. We have the ROQ iron which is great, but think the stampenator might be a slightly better option
Speed mainly. On an auto you want the print to only make one rotation around the press. But it's also a quality thing, I print with 2 screens on a manual too. Using a second screen with a higher mesh count keeps the print lighter and thinner
@@leestuart38 No problem with that, just all the build-up hype and still no follow-up update why. It's hard to take all your new hype too seriously other than any light-hearted entertainment.
Hi friend! Tell me please, how are your eats doing with the digital printer? Do you use it, do you like it? How different is the print quality from silkscreen? Is the printer worthy of attention and worth the money?
@@leestuart38 Thanks for your answer! Tell me, have you printed a design with a lot of color and high density on this printer before, doesn't the print become too "rubbery"?
Hello Lee. Regarding your "depressive" state, this was evident in your last published videos. It was really a pity that you didn't have the opportunity to read and reply to the message I left you on Facebook. By the way, out of curiosity, your new machine was made here in Portugal, less than 20km from where I live and work. I hope that piece of Portuguese engineering and technology will be the inspiration for your work.
Why be stoked about 8 color to a 10 color..I only see 1 reason ..if u are juggling jobs..other than that most screen printing jobs are only a few colors.sometimes u get 5or6 color jobs.not often I have a vastec v2000 works well..love dancing with press. Looking at automatic press..I only want a 6 head 6 platform automatic. Don't need a industrial unit for screen printing.. I see u getting a tajima....nice...I got 3 tajima..and if u ever wanna do a Andrew tate and let screen printers come to your location for a class..for a fee...I might come see u..and I said Andrew tate cause I saw a vice video and Andrew charged 100 men 5000 each to come to his event.. Just a thought..
I run 6-8 color jobs on a regular basis. In reality I'd love to have a 14 color machine to open up to more high end work but it won't fit in my shop. 10 colors will get me to a new machine quick though
