And... that press has been added to the spank bank... I just wish the white was grabber green, but that would be my colors not yours. They really knocked it outta the park for ya. Very nice! I am quite envious.
I talked to the guys at Vastex about upgrading my press to put the side clamps on my manual. They told me not to and that it won't hold registration as well. I've never had a registration issue with my V-2000, so I decided to skip on getting the side clamps.
Good to hear you haven't had issues, but the advice they gave just isn't right. Side clamps drastically reduce deflection and also cover more surface area on the screen frame so it's held a lot more solid. They'll hold registration for thousands of pieces without a worry
Lee, it’s absolutely amazing to sit back and look at where you started from and to see where you’re at now! Absolutely an inspiration to my artistic/small biz (ahem, “big biz”) goals!!! Just living proof that with hard work, dedication, discipline and determination that you can get anywhere you want to be! 🙌👏🎉✌️
We have a ROQ Next P14XL & ROQprint You P12XL Love watching your videos, honesty and fixes that you share. Like the air supply connection to the ROQ…Makes you think why they thought it was a good idea. Congrats on the shop completion!
Man is your shop ever looking sweet. Great job putting in the fucking time man, it really shows. Auto to make the $$$$’s and manual to pull off some really rad shit.
The incredible Lee Stuart, Mr Inspiration, thank you for yet another awesome video & an equal amount of inspiration. I can only dream of being in your shoes but dreaming is where big things start, you are living proof of that. Like most others here, I await your next video in the Lee Stuart printing saga , keep em coming champion, thank you.
That is one seriously (starts with) S (ends with) ICK looking print press. Super Jelly, you deserve it man, fricking awesome, looking forward to some great stuff.
Seems to be exactly the same as Riley 500 series with a smaller base and customs deco. Nothing really new or exclusive as far as the mechanics of the press, however it does look nice.
Love that press, if I wasn't in the uk I'd ask to come and learn the whole process of printing from you, as its one thing watching videos but actually doing it is key. great videos and funny outtakes.
Holy shit! The attention to detail on those cutouts is top notch. Congratulations dude, you've worked your ass off to get to this point, and now that the shop is finally done I can't wait to see gold pour our if it🤙🏼
Sweet set up, we have about the same in our shop and other than using the PRU to line up the art on the manual, the reg pallet doesnt fit on ours with the side clamps. Have you tried it on yours yet? Using the PRU to reg the film is still a big help would would have been cool if the pallet could be used on press too.
I haven't used it yet but I put it on there and saw the issue with the one side. I'm planning to try clamping one side first and then sliding the other into place
Awesome! That is a badass press! Congratulations on getting everything setup in the shop. Working with my OM Tech laser, sublimation and vinyl in my bedroom. One day I’ll have a shop like this. Very inspiring as always
Just amazing!!! Your are done ✅ ma men, congratulations your printing shop is finally ready... Ps. On the test print please let us see all the details of these new machines please. Mostly the one 🤔 that print transfer pepper.
Does the PRu peg pallet that goes on the press fit the manual? I think it was actually too large (long) to work on the 500 manual without hitting the frame when you bring the print head down. PRu will get you close, but you really need direct to screen and a PRu or tri lock to really have it work as intended
It is great to see your entrepreneurial drive and passion since the beginning of this business. I am happy for your success. It looks to my like Ryonet and Riley Hopkins see your future continuing to be epic as well.
My old job at a tshirt screen printing shop was named TOPNOTCH screen printing shop an this video makes me miss working there…. Ps the shop caught on fire can’t wait for more videos keep up the amazing work
Man that shit is 🔥. That’s the best looking piece of equipment in there. Congrats my guy!! Can’t wait for the machines to fire up and see your amazing videos!!
My wife and I are just getting into shirt printing for her business. Do you have any tips for burning screens? Right now we are using vinyl for the designs. Love your videos man.
Grab yourself an exposure calculator. A real one, not those free download things that companies try to pass off. What you're looking for is in this video I made a while back ruclips.net/video/MJF3HK2s52w/видео.html
Holy CRAP that looks amazing - was supposed to get back to filming myself now, but saw this mystery crate video shop up so hade watch it first - good lordy what a beast!
I've no interest in tee shirts but I come for your attitude! Its like going to the bar after a hard days work. Your attitude is infectious! It's worthy. It can be applied to any endeavor. It's like getting an infusion. I've been motivated all my life but in retirement.....My sign business pays all the bills and put money in my pocket and I love every single day...even the bad days. You've no idea how many times I think of your mantra. I start at 4-5 am and sometimes I'm still at it at 9PM. Is it "Do the f-ing work!"? or simply "Do The Work?" DO THE WORK! is a vibrational frequency that touches this bible thumping, gun toting, right wing, free market capitalist pig.
My gawd! They built you a beautiful press. And won't even work with me to get a good shipping price to Hawaii. 🤣🤣🤣 Super stoked for you though. Been a long road! Well deserved.
Always need a manual press.. you should add on to the shop as soon as possible. You will run out of space real quick. When an auto comes into the picture everything changes. Everything
Anytime I watch LEE, the inspiration I get is beyond imagination. Lee some of us really appreciate your works and video. The fact that you shoot the videos and edit every footage yourself, speaks about the kind of person you are. Thank you.
Good to hear, thanks! We archive every piece of artwork we create here along with any working files, it really does take up much data storage. I also save all of my separations files and sticker/heat transfer files from every job that comes through here. Basically any bit of data related to what we produce is saved somewhere
@@leestuart38 does this mean you have a storage data like AWS cloud or a bunch off SSD external hard drives? Lol.. just wondering because I am dealing with this problem at the moment.. thanks for responding so fast! 👍
Since I use the EZ grip I've never needed one, because it allows use of all 4 edges of the squeegee. But with the auto here I plan on getting something soon
Love watching your progress man! You’ve definitely inspired me in my journey building my print shop. Thanks for the inspiration and hard work you put in for your craft! 💪🏾

Absolutely. A shop is always a reflection of the work it puts out in my opinion
Damnnn that press is beautiful! Whole shop looks badass!
Thanks!
Great press. Love how the shop has come together. Its about time RYONET makes side clamps standard on all their 300-350 presses without an up charge
Mate!!!!!!!!!WHAAAAAAAAAT the Dickens! Love it!
After cracking 20-25 of those plastic knobs, I made aluminum ones.
Ryonet should have replaced all those plastic knobs with aluminum ones.

It only comes in 6. Honestly anything more than 6 is kind of useless on a manual press unless you've got a few people working on it at once
