What an incredibly impressive and time consuming job! Now, I know why most promotional t-shirts have 2 colors max. What would printing 50-100 t-shirts with 7 colors like this cost? Isn't it common to charge $12 or so per color?
Not even close. Print costs highly depend on quantity and number of colors, there were a lot of shirts here so that brings the cost per print down considerably. A job like this at 300 pieces with the same front and back printing, you'd be looking at roughly $11-$16 a shirt depending on the shop doing it.

Been a long time Lee.
Have been enjoying your work, AND videos!! New to screen printing, wondering why you choose the 7 screens to doing 5 with a CYMK process?
4 color process can't accurately produce color matching, especially over top of an underbase
Crushed
Sick work and sounds like someone is about to upgrade to an auto!
No choke on that underbase? Your micro game must be immaculate.
The final product had a little one after I fixed that mistake, but not much. It was maybe a 0.04 choke
Yeah that sucks when you forget to trap a multiple colour logo great video btw.
It happens to the best of us sometimes. Thanks!
You are the man
👊🏻👊🏻
Hey buddy I’m new with your channel. just wondering if how much you charge for that job?
Sick as always Lee. What is your go to shirt to print on? And did you create that artwork for the shirt coz it's so rad!
This art was supplied by Shadetree from another artist
Choking the underbase. Is that making it slightly smaller so if the top layers misalign slightly, they don't show underbase bleeding along the edge?
Correct 👏🏻

Lee what press do u have, 6 by 6 or 8by 8
8x6
Do you use special software to separate the graphic or just do it in photoshop?
This was done only using photoshop
I'm a hell of a loader on a automatic press. where do I send my application too. P.S If its a ROQ even better.
Hey Lee, what cut and print plotter is that?
The printer and cutter are two different machines. Printer is a Roland and cutter is a summa, I have videos on my channel covering both 👍🏻
Hey! What do you mean with “choking the underbase”?
It's a very common screen printing term, it means to make the underbase a bit thinner/smaller than the colors going over it
@@leestuart38 ohhhh alright, thank you :) we do the same but in portugal we dont have a term for it.
