For nearly 50 years Kading has been a trusted developer in bringing successful workforce housing communities to Iowa towns. We truly believe every town has its unique charm, and we want to get to know Iowa communities that desire to have a workforce housing development better through a Kading Hometown Tour.
Hometown Tours began in 2024 as a way to explore the communities in Iowa where workforce housing could be a solution for economic development, bridging a housing gap, bringing more employers to a community, and retaining a labor force.
We hit the road in June 2024 to start our summerlong road trip beginning in Corydon, Iowa. We'll visit Oskaloosa, Charles City, and more before the sun sets on the summer of 2024.
