    I did regret after getting into mechanical industry instead of SW. But after 23 yrs now earning 8 digit salary per yr worked in 6 countries and no regrets. Experience counts better in other industries than SW.

    Not only IT also all other industry also.I worked for 8 yrs they sent me for the above reason nothing discussed about low performance.Employee training just to score in getting awards.Spent my time most for the company spoiling health.

      @@craigslist1323 not exactly but planing to start an NGO to represent IT people who realised that they are unbonded labour, loosing everything in life for money. How many of us working for job safety but not for high packages, I believe it is more than 75 percent. raise voice till it reaches PM. But not sure for 10X as you said.

    Very confusing video and scaring ppl unnecessary when the IT market is Bullish......
    Guys now if anyone is getting laid off then they will get 4 to 5 offers and they can select the company of thier choice. First research what is happening in IT industry in 2021 and then make videos based on that.

      If it could be so, it would have done long back.. No way, no machines can replace indians, indians will work on top of machines. Machines will give same output on repeat. Only human can produce altered output though it is slack job. Especially indians work on top of machines
