I have said the exact same thing: our relationship with our self is the most important one we will ever have as it takes us from cradle to grave, 24/7.It’s so refreshing to hear someone else say the same thing. Especially, because we live in a society where we’re constantly being exhorted to be more extroverted and connected.
My therapist suggested watching this to help me understand things can change and im ready to start the recovery. Thank you for sharing x
Thank you for this amazing collection of videos. They are tremendously helpful to me. I have vicarious PTSD from rescuing a loved one from an accident and providing subsequent care. I never thought one could get PTSD this way.
