- This is my first youtube video, i’ve done many passes already and will do many passes after this, remember all engines are mathematically different so don’t go exactly off what i do! this IS NOT a tutorial, just a video of me doing my build!

Fuck yea dude you made me buy my first mini bike it’s a bt200x with a 224cc with a 30 series tour we converter with a juggernaut super 30 front clutch I am doing a engine rebuild with a new billet flywheel and piston and billet rod and all the other stuff completely rebuilding my bike love to see your RUclips video while researching
Good for you. The clearancing is just extra work and not really that bad. They are worth it. Lotta torque.
Did you do anything to the head? I just cleaned up the short side of the ports and used Champion rockers.
The 224 muffler is not something to throw away. It has a 7/8" inlet. I used mine on my 196 bike. It even sounds more aggressive than the stock 196 muffler.
Good shyt bro bro definitely don't wanna breath that shit in when I took my Gov out and throttle arm I used a small vacuum to get all the excess debri and shavings
First comment🤟 keep up the grind brotha🖤
thanks man
I just started my build on my 224 yesterday and im about to start clearancing. Are you able to clearance the oil dipper with the crank and everything still in the block or do you have to take it out every single time?
Can you do a video where you show us how to delete governor
possibly if i build out my 212 🤘🏼
From tik tok!
On the bottom of the cylinder wall you it's almost an inch up into the cylinder bore. Another thing you didn't elaborate on is the clearancing on the crank for the exhaust lobe on the camshaft.
you could have avoided all that by using EC's billet rod their rod is made specifically for pred 224 and wildcat 223 to clear the block
eh, not going to buy a whole new rod, i got a kit from omb… tbh wasn’t that bad, A long piston rod allows for a smaller and lighter piston, helping an engine to rev more freely, but the shorter compression height and resulting pin location can interfere with the oil ring and rail and the shorter overall ring pack is less stable inside the cylinder.
Not really you still have to clear it a little bit
